Skin care recipe : Chafing and irritation

Recette : Baume frottements irritations

Blisters on the feet, prickly heat sensations or irritation when doing your favourite sport? Here is your anti-chafing solution, to be used to prevent chafing before or after sport to limit any discomfort.

To make my synergy

EO True lavender - 30 drops
EO Spike lavender - 45 drops
EO Lemon eucalyptus - 30 drops
EO Peppermint - 15 drops

Shea butter 35 ml

How to use it

Apply a small blob of this balm to the sensitive areas before playing sport. Your balm will also be useful on an injured area. Apply 3 to 4 times a day, until you notice an improvement.

How can I carry out my blend?

- Heat the shea butter in a bain-marie.

- Once it has reached liquid state, remove it from the heat source.

- Add the drops of essential oil to the liquid shea butter and stir to homogenise.

- Next, pour the preparation into the pot of your choice and, if necessary, leave to cool for a few hours in the refrigerator.

- Your balm is ready!

Ingredients: Butyrospermum parkii butter, Lavandula spica flower oil, Eucalyptus citriodora, Lavandula angustifolia flower oil, Mentha piperita oil, Tocopherol, Linalool*, Citronellol*, Limonene*,  Citral*, Geraniol*, Eugenol*, Coumarin*  - *Naturally occurring substances in the essential oil.
