To guarantee optimal follow-up, please only report incidents related to product quality (e.g. odour, colour, etc.).

This form is not intended for commercial complaints (damaged packaging, order errors, pricing, etc.) which must be dealt with directly with your retailer/intermediary and which will not be dealt with via this form.
